Project Description: The project consisted of the re-development of a mid-twentieth century shopping center to create a cohesive community oriented shopping campus. The project was produced through a public-private partnership where the city took initial ownership of the property and produced a pad site for the developer to then take over and produce the project. The overall project included multiple structures, a programmable public space, green areas and pedestrian friendly walkways. The buildings were designed with urban forms and materials to create a sense of scale and identity.
