Project Description: The project consisted of the exterior remodeling of an existing bank building to meet obligations for the renewal of a leasehold for the property. Included were removal of an existing awning, installation of new façade materials, adding a new canopy for the ATM and restoring existing masonry. The project was produced to meet the needs and budget of the client while addressing the community desire to improve the design character of the corner.
